ship is built according to the rules and regulations of the
American Bureau for Shipping (ABS) including all safety aspects
and insurance. Cabins are sound proof and fully air-conditioned.
The complete boat has fire alarms, C02 systems for the engine
room, sprinkler systems covering all areas, and video
surveillance.

General Terms & Conditions
Reservation & Payment : Reservation can be done through phone
or fax, or through our website. Upon receipt of the
confirmation, a deposit of 25% is required within 10 days,
otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled. Payment
of the balance must reach us no later than 30 days prior to
sailing dates.
Cancellation : Cancellation can be achieved without any
penalties, provided a written notice 45 days prior to sailing.
* 25% charge will be levied for cancellation between 30 and 45
days before embarkation.
* 75% charge will be levied for cancellation between 8 and 30
days before embarkation.
* No refund will be made 7 days prior to sailing date.
Tour Conductor: One tour conductor is granted free of charge
accommodation for a group of minimum 20 passengers. For every
group the maximum is two conductors free of charge. Tour
conductors will share a cabin.
